The Abdominal and Back Crunch Bench provides two separate exercises. One part of the machine works the abdominal muscle group and the other building up the lower back muscles. This machine can be used simultaneously by two people.
The Abdominal and Back Crunch Bench strengthens the lower back whilst regular use will prevent fat deposition around the abdomen. It will also benefit those with moderate discomfort in the lower back.
